Groundbreaking Ceremony Held for New Industrial Park

Brennan Investment Group, Stream Realty, and the project investment partner recently hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for Colorado Logistics Park, a 60-acre industrial development located northwest of E. 108th Avenue and Havana Street in Commerce City. The planned project includes nearly 1 million square feet of speculative industrial space to be completed in two phases. Phase I is the construction of three buildings totaling 556,000 square feet. The remaining 400,000+/- square-foot space will be constructed as two buildings as part of Phase II. Currently, there is low vacancy in existing industrial developments within the city, and these new buildings will help attract new businesses to the community as well as provide space for existing companies to grow and expand. For more information about leasing available space, contact Dominic DiOrio at Stream Realty.
