Orientation Series

If you are new to First Universalist or to Unitarian Universalism, we invite you to take part in two orientation sessions designed to help you to become more familiar with both.

On November 23, we'll be talking about our faith journeys...where we come from and what brought us to First Universalist.  We'll have a conversation about what it means to belong to a liberal faith tradition.  On December 7, we'll discuss our order of service and hymn book...the meaning behind different parts of our service and what resources you can find in our hymnal.

Both sessions will begin at 12:15 in the Adult Lounge on the second floor and last for about an hour.  Child care will be available.  Come to one or both sessions.  We look forward to getting to know you better.

Thanksgiving Union Thanksgiving Service

This year's Union Thanksgiving service will be held at 11:00 am, November 27 (Thanksgiving) at Temple Beth El, 139 Winton Rd. South.

Join us for the longest running interfaith Thanksgiving service in the United States. Founded  in 1874 by First Universalist, First Unitarian, and Temple B'rith Kodesh, the service has since expanded to include other congregations and faiths.
