Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

It's that time of year when we ask for your support of our ongoing programs, our mission, our presentations and our educational activities provide at the American Tap Dance Center. We rely on your contributions to help us maintain and produce year-round activities and services, as well as the Gregory Hines Youth Youth Scholarship Fund. (see below to donate)

Remember, the American Tap Dance Center is closed Wednesday, November 27 - Sunday, December 1.

After Turkey Day, please join us for our next Tap Explorations event at the Center on December 7th. It's an afternoon with the amazing Mercedes Ellington who will be talking about her career with a special focus on her time with the June Taylor Dancers.

In the new year, we will start up again with the second installment of our new program for Intermediate/Advanced Professionals, a five (5) week workshop with  Max Pollak . Max will be teaching a piece from his current repertory.

And don't forget to hold the dates for our Winter T ap Dance Carnival in February, the annual Dance Parade and our Tap City Youth Concert  in May, the Adult Student Showcase in June and Tap City's Twentieth Anniversary Festival and our annual Tap Teacher Training  program held in July.

Hope to see you soon in the studio, in the audience and in the funny papers,

Tony Waag
Artistic Founder/Director
