Platinum Chapters - FY19
We would like to, once again, congratulate all of our chapters that achieved Platinum status for FY19; additionally, we would like to offer our sincere apologies to the below chapters who achieved Platinum status, but were mistakenly left off the list during the Volunteers Matter Dinner at NLC:

We congratulate the above chapters on achieving Platinum status, and we thank all of our Platinum chapters for representing the values and mission of SCORE so effectively.

Accounting Highlights
Accounting Centralization:
- Will be accelerated and prioritized above all other initiatives, in response to feedback from the OIG audit.
- The new plan to expedite all chapters to transition to accounting centralization was rolled out at NLC, and chapters will receive communications this week as to next steps.
- All chapters maintain control over how, when, and where they spend their monies and raise funds.
Accounting Deadlines for the remainder of FY19 are:
- Last day for accepting Form 14's expenses related to the 2019 NLC - Friday, September 6, 2019
- Last day for accepting Form 14's for FY19 - Wednesday, October 9, 2019
- Form 3's due to District Directors for chapters not yet transitioned to Centralized Accounting - Friday, October 18, 2019
- Form 3's are due to HQ - Thursday, October 31, 2019
Contracts:
- Above $5,000 needs HQ approval
- Above $10,000 requires a full RFP and 3 bids
- Local contracts signed greater than $5,000 in the past 24 months must be forwarded to HQ Accounting
- All leases need to be approved and signed by HQ

SCORE Engage Update
Engage Timeline:
- Early adopters: scheduled for Feb 2020
- Wave 1: Start May 2020
- Wave 2: Start October 2020
- Wave 3: Start March 2021
- All volunteers must migrate and have an active scorevolunteer.org (SVO) account as a point of contact identification in Engage.
- All chapters must update their roster of active volunteers and notify the Help Desk that they are ready for conversion. For more information, click here.

SCORE Volunteer Email (SVO) Account
- Please review this article which lays out process of converting entire chapter to SVO accounts.
- Each volunteer must have an SVO account to access Engage.
- All members are requested to have an SVO email account by September 30, 2019
- Effective September 1, 2019 the function to forward incoming emails from SVO to an outside email will be disabled.
- Will improve the data security for all of SCORE
- Ensure all client communication will be through SCORE
- Uphold the branding and communication policies within SCORE

Annual Code of Ethics
|
Module 009 - Annual Code of Ethics Commitment FY20 is available and must be completed by
all volunteers (regardless of when they joined SCORE) by September 30, 2019.

ZOOM
|
Information about chapter ZOOM accounts:
Chapter licenses are set up in your chapter admin email ch.adminXXXX@score
volunteer.org.
Chapters that signed up willingly to pay $12/month will have the use of ZOOM at no charge starting in FY 20.
