Lightning lost today, but the girls are having a blast and learning so much! They enjoyed cheering on other GV teams!

5th Grade Boys
Both teams finished their winter regular season this week. The team playing in ICBA won their last regular season game against Spring-Ford by playing tough defense. The ICBA playoffs start this week and the boys are excited to play!
5th Grade Girls
The Titans played their final game of the Spring-Ford Tournament this morning & won 24-18 vs Aston. The girls played three tough games against the best teams in the area & held their own.

6th Grade Boys
The Blitz started the day off winning their last ICBA game of the season against Perk Valley 46-38. Then the Blitz won the Spring-Ford President's Day Tournament in a very exciting OT championship game defeating Perk Valley again 43-38.

Playing up in the 7th grade division at the Spring-Ford Tournament, the Thunder went 1-2. We were missing some girls but played well as a team.

This past Sunday, the Suns battled against Octorara & despite playing hard & being evenly matched, they fell short of the W.

8th Grade Boys
GV '22 played their last regular season ICBA game today. They finished the season 6-6, making them the #5 seed in playoffs.

GVMS
The 8th grade team defeated Fugett 39-35. The 7th grade team led for most of their game, but was unable to hold on for the win at the end. The last home game is on Tuesday vs Peirce & the very last game of the season is at Kennett on Wednesday.

GVHS
The GV Girls advanced in the PIAA District 1 Tournament by beating Oxford 37-23. Their next game will be on Wednesday, February 21st at CB South. Tip off is at 7 pm.
The Patriots scored 16 points
in the 4th quarter for the victory.
Next up for the GV Boys is the District 1 5A Tournament where 5th seed GV will face 12th seed Pottsgrove at home on Wednesday, February 21st at 7 pm. Pack the stands!
