ASCE MN November Section Meeting

The ASCE MN Mankato Student Chapter invites you to the November Section meeting. Brian Gjerde will be speaking about the new indoor shrimp farm.

Brian Gjerde, PE; Vice President, Project Delivery, IGS Inc. The topic of the presentation is the new emerging industry in Minnesota, Shrimp Farms! Brian will explain the different challenges and solutions to engineering an indoor shrimp farm in Southern Minnesota.

Parking is available in MSU Parking Lot 9 off of Warren Avenue (free to attendees).

Please join us for an evening of networking and learning. PDH certificates will be available.

5:15pm - 6:00pm: Social Hour
6:00pm - 7:00pm: Dinner
7:00pm - 8:00pm: Presentation

Meal choices include:

Chicken Breast Florentine - Butterflied chicken breast prepared with a florentine filling of ricotta, provolone and tender baby spinach.

Citrus Salmon - Citrus and herb crusted salmon served with couscous primavera and lemon garlic green beans.

Both meals come with a choice of salad or starter, freshly baked dinner rolls and choice of dessert.
