On Thursday, December 2, our men were treated to a jazz concert by the jazz quartet Dat Feel Good, featuring Saxophonist and Trumpeter, Clarence H. Ward III, who is also an Army veteran.
From the time they took the stage until the standing ovation at the end, amazing music, singing and joy were evident throughout The Baltimore Station. The concert was brought to us by Our Joyful Noise Baltimore, a nonprofit bringing professional musicians into centers for autistic children, prisons and underserved communities.
As a resident said “Music is the universal language. When we have a concert or gathering such as this, it brings us together and it gives us hope.”
Scripps Media covered the event which ran nationally in cities like Detroit, San Diego and Dallas. Click
