RESIDENCY WEBINAR
Tools for a Successful Residency Application

This “bundled” webinar will feature new AAMC Transition to Residency tools that will help applicants devise an effective application strategy, submit applications easily in MyERAS, and prepare for virtual interviews. These new tools include:

A recording of this webinar will be available for later viewing.
WELL BALANCED
Work Out Anytime, Anywhere!
Studies show medical students have a higher rate of burnout, mental illness and suicide compared to those of similar age. That's why self-care is so important and an exercise routine can help. In fact, regular exercise has been shown to improve mood, create positive self-esteem and cognition, while decreasing depression, anxiety and burnout.

With long hours spent at school or the hospital, it can be difficult to find time to head to the gym. Since access may be limited as a result of COVID-19, now is the perfect time to find alternative ways to maintain a routine without gym access or specialized equipment. Creating a regular workout schedule is ideal, but on days when you're just too busy, try these five minute workouts that can be done anytime, anywhere!
