Dear Fellows, friends and supporters of CSLI Annapolis,
The end of another beautiful summer is just weeks away and we at CSLI Annapolis are busy preparing for the many activities that kick back up in the fall.
Our 2019-20 Fellows have been studying over the summer and are preparing for their annual retreat at Sandy Cove. Our class this year is 14 strong, and a strong group indeed! The Fellows program is the Institute's flagship, year-long discipleship study that helps believers experience true heart and mind transformation. We have seen much growth through the years, with Fellows finding that they are called by God "unto something" through this program. Please keep our Fellows in your prayers as they seek to follow Jesus even more closely.
We are also blessed with a robust college fellowship, comprising 22 First Class Midshipmen from the U.S. Naval Academy and a good group of St. John's College students. These young men and women represent a bright future for the Church and we thank God for their commitment to their discipleship.
Our pastors will meet on September 4th for our quarterly luncheon. We feel that Jesus is calling us to "Come Away with Me", which will be the theme for the prayer and fellowship. This group of area shepherds gathers to support one another and we praise God for the work they do in the lives of so many of you.
We are finalizing the plans for a few events over the next few months and we will have all of the details in upcoming newsletters as well as on our website. Stay tuned!
