ST. LOUIS PARK, MINNESOTA - SEPTEMBER 3, 2019
Hello Business Partners,
We are pleased to announce Heather McNulty has been promoted to Sales & Operations Manager taking all responsibilities within the Rouzer Group for the inside sales, warehouse, support, and marketing. Since Heather joined our team in January 2016 she immediately began to have an impact by marketing our differentiated value to manufacturers, employees, and customers. During the short 3-1/2 years Heather has also joined the ownership team and is a valuable part of our future.
During the last couple years Pete Deeg has done a tremendous job with process improvement and reorganization of the inside sales team and pricing to better serve our customers and manufacturers, but now Pete will take a more external focus with customers and manufacturers to ensure our partnerships are executed as effectively as possible. Pete also joined the ownership team a few years ago and is part of the Rozuer succession and growth plan.
