A few details about me. I am a  Catahoula Leopard Dog Mix around 2 years old and 45 lbs. I love tennis balls and will play fetch happily a few times a day. What about taking walks and hiking? I am so happy to see Spring flowers blooming and the birds are singing! I decide it was time to change up the newsletter, hope you like the new format. The market continues to be crazy. At this time last year, there were over 3,000 properties for sale, but today there are just over 1,000 for sale, a 67% decrease in inventory. Competitive situations are still happening; however, rates are starting to tick up which may change the landscape a bit. It'll be very interesting to see what will happen in the next 3 months. I'm looking forward to working with you now, or in the future!
