Adjustable Kinematic Stop
For most robotic applications, it is highly recommended that you provide kinematic constraints to your robot's base so that you can always put it back in the exact same location.

Robotic Laser Application
Utilizing Mecademic and Datalogic
We recently worked with a manufacturer of USB drives, to automate their processes. The system incorporates the Meca500 Robotic Arm along with the MEGP25 Gripper to pick-and-place the USB drives that are then laser marked using the Datalogic AREX420 Laser Marker.
The customer chose the Meca500 Robot for their process along with the MEGP25 Gripper to benefit from the compact size, easy programming, 50,000 hours of MTBF, maintenance-free (no greasing) for a lifetime and because the Meca500 is the ONLY 6-axis robot in the market with 5-micron repeatability! To complete this fully-functioning design cell, they went with the AREX420 Laser Marker by Datalogic for the reliability, ease of use and ease of integration.
