Optimiser - Get Replacement Parts

Replacement Parts

Are parts of your water system scratched, or beyond cleaning? If so, you can order replacement parts via the Nikken office.

If you have a Waterfall, for example, you can order a new tap if yours has seen better days or a new lower or upper tank if limescale has taken its toll.

You can also order a replacement water jug for the small water system or an optimiser jug - just be clear whether it's for a white or grey system. The grey jug can now be ordered online here.

Also if you need the silver facing on the Waterfall, please check when you bought it before calling, as the moulding changed after 2014.

Cost: Parts range from 18 GBP for the Waterfall tap on its own to 47 GBP for a new optimiser jug that vortexes the water. The office will quote you and you can add a part to another order to save on shipping.
