THE AUTHENTIC SUPREME COURT
December 3, 2020

The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the United States of America. The Constitution, originally comprising seven articles, delineates the national frame of government. Its first three articles embody the doctrine of the separation of powers, whereby the federal government is divided into three branches.

Protecting The Constitution/Bible
Dr. Stephen Phinney

US Constitution is built on the three powers of the Trinity.

Our early founders did not produce the idea of writing the Constitution on three powers & seven articles - they borrowed the idea from the Bible. The "Constitution" of sorts referenced in the book of Revelation.

"If, then, the courts of justice are to be considered as the bulwarks of a limited Constitution against legislative encroachments, this consideration will afford a strong argument for the permanent tenure of judicial offices." - Alexander Hamilton

Even though Mr. Hamilton was a big government, enslaver Federalist and founder of the New York Post, he had keen foresight into the future legislative wars of political encroachments back then - 1801.

If we ever needed a pristine example of why justices are bestowed lifetime appointments and shielded from the whims of the electorate and the intimidation tactics of unethical politicians, America's present-day Federalist (Democratic Party) has now provided us with examples our early founders warn us. Alexander said these insightful words:

“Power over a man's subsistence amounts to power over his will.”

Mr. Hamilton’s words are not only disclosing his governing methods; the words are of absolute truth. As in the case of God’s method of ruling His people, it comes down to who rules the will.

This rule certainly applies to the United States Government. Within a representative democracy, the we the people rule. While our early founders didn’t realize at the time that this new form of government would one day be its great downfall, the competition to dominate the will-power of humanity soon arrived on their doorstep. Several signers of the Declaration of Independence made an issue over we the people ruling over that of God's Supremacy – my grandfather was one of them. Even though they compromised by placing In God We Trust on most government documents, these early forefathers had the insight that in due time, the people would out-power the Supreme authority of the Bible, which is exactly what happened.

The Supreme Court

The Supreme Court of the United States is the only Court specifically established by the United States Constitution, implemented in 1789, under the Judiciary Act of 1789, shortly after George Washington was selected as the first President. The purpose of the Court was to protect the Constitution itself. Outside of the Constitution, the Supreme Court is considered the highest governing authority in the US Government. Each member maintains their position for life – to avoid all political debauchery that comes with elected officials.

My grandfather, Samuel Chase, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court -1805, said these words to our early government's power-players.

“Religion is of general and public concern, and on its support depend, in great measure, the peace and good order of government, the safety and happiness of the people.”

He had no clue what he said would come back to haunt America. He went on to tell them this.

By our form of government, the Christian religion is the established religion; and all sects and denominations of Christians are placed upon the same equal footing, and are equally entitled to protection in their religious liberty.

Since he recognized the potential concern that “Christians” would be excluded from religious liberty, he went on to say…

The jury (Supreme Court) has the right to determine both the law and the facts.

After connecting the dots for these early leaders, Thomas Jefferson attempted to impeach him as Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court & remove his signature from the Declaration of Independence. The House impeached him on the grounds of letting his partisan leanings affect his court decisions. What they wanted to say is, impeach him on the grounds of letting his Christian leaning affect his court decisions. Since Christians dominated the Senate at the time, he was acquitted and remained in office. While remaining neutral in party partisanship, he dedicated his life defending religious liberty as a Supreme Court justice. To that, I say, Thank you, grandpa.

Does all this sound familiar? You know the present case of Judge Abby Coney Barrett vs. House. Liberal leaders tend to use the issue of partisan bias to eliminate religious liberty. Secondly, these same leaders use this issue to block the Supreme Court from doing their job, who has the right to determine what the Constitution says while ruling on it. Since this present generation is working to eradicate the Bible as the document our founders based our Constitution, Christianity, and our Constitution (the Bible) remains under attack.

The Real Chief of Justice

Without question, we live in troubling times. Today, people tend to tell God what He means by what He says. Since democracy grants we the people to rule with self-opinion, this habitual ideology has spilled over into the spiritual lives of the masses – covertly claiming God must change His will for the will of the people. Contrary to the opinionated, this madness method has found its way into the minds and methods of liberal and indwelt believers.

The United States Constitution is the “Bible” for we the people. It is our moral and governing compass. Without it, the system, and its people, would live in constant chaos. While liberal opinionates continue to press the boundaries of our Constitution, it rules the people as of today. Some of these incumbents are proposing a re-write of the Constitution. This is an admission that our country’s structure & function is truly managed by a “Bible” of sorts. However, their re-write of the Constitution is rumored to be much like many post-truth Bible translations on the market. If I could be so bold as to revising Hamilton’s quote, I would say…

“Power over a man's existence amounts to power over his will. Power over a man’s culture is to have control over his ‘Bible.’”

Whether we are talking about the Constitution that rules a country or a Constitution that rules the Church, the methodology remains the same. The person, or people, that control the verbiage & its definitions rules the people. Any form of governance, including the Monarchy of God, knows this to be true. It is the reason God gave His people the Word of God. The founders of this country developed the Constitution on the effectiveness OF the Bible. This is also the reason Alexander Hamilton started the New York Post. To this day, his company manipulates and manages the beliefs of the generalized public. He knew exactly what he was doing when he started the first “cultural bible” for daily readers.

So, who is God’s Supreme Court?

To answer this question, you have to think & study the Word in the context of Monarchy. God does not support the governance of we the people. Although, as all Monarchies go, He supports we the Trinity. On the throne, you have God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. As noted in the book of Revelation, there are 7 spirits (governors of the 7-churches) & 24 elders, justices of sorts. Finally, you have the angels, myriads of them. These are the workers who carry out the mandates and “happenings” of the decisions first made by the triune of God. Secondly, we have the eldership surrounding their throne, who base their decisions on the Word of God – the eternal Constitution. So…where does the Bride of Christ come in? We are seated at the right hand of the King of kings – Jesus (Colossians 3). The Bride doesn’t make decisions; she reinforces the decisions of the King.

As for the ejected secondary powers, Satan & his demons – they were removed from the Holy Monarchy's organic structure due to liberal, rebellious acts. Satan then set up his form of governance – a dictatorship that closely alines with what we call socialism. As most well-studied eschatologists know, he rules the earth's people from a dictatorship camouflaged in we the people. He deceives the people into thinking their opinions matter. In his reality, that is a joke. For those who know the basics of the antichrist, they know Satan is a one-world dictator that leads the people in modalities that benefit himself. His method includes imparting the illusion that the people have control. In the meantime, he manages the masses like puppets dangling on strings, ultimately taking every ounce of control from humanity.

In our analogy, we discover the two types of governments of the end times – Monarchy vs. Dictatorship Socialism. So, what happened to representative democracy? It fades into a radar blip on the screen of history’s failed governance. Socialism is nothing less than a Monarchy led by an anarchist, another descriptive for a leader refuting another leader's leadership. That would be Satan.

All of us have a history. All of us have a future. The question becomes, are we afraid of looking into our past to understand our present? Most Americans through recent generations were afraid. Resulting in historical revisionism & denudement of adhering to our Constitution. So much of the Christianized views today are deceptively weaving historical revisionism into our thinking. When I bump into those that either ignore their past, refuse to look at it, or attempt to revision it, I remind them that this is why God gave us the Old Testament. While most think the OT has little redeeming value, the “they” are dead wrong. The last time I checked, the eternal Constitution of the Kingdom of God contains the Old Testament (past), New Testament (present), and the book of Revelation (future).

The Constitution of the United States has a past. The we the people live in the present. As outdated as this document appears to be, it is relevant today – just as the Word of God. And, by the way, it contains the answers to our future.

One thing is clear: The Founding Fathers never intended their nation to be “up for grabs” by a society tirelessly working to undo what they gave their lives to establish. As I study our forefathers' history, I find a repetitive message – their understanding of Romans 13:1-2.

“Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God. Therefore whoever resists authority has opposed the ordinance of God; and they who have opposed will receive condemnation upon themselves.” (Romans 13:1-2)

We might not like our country's shift into socialism but, facts are, we are required by God to subject ourselves to this new kind of governing authorities. While Christians should never support the objectives of socialism, we do need to honor the chair positions of these depraved politicians.

The difference between yesteryears and our trending modalities of today – today, our leaders have forgotten the foundation of God being the One who established all authority, good & bad. As dully noted by researchers, the culture as a whole refutes authority. The outcome? We the people are lost in our self-justified “rights.”

I will close with a quote from Abraham Lincoln, which applies to the eternal Constitution as well.

“Don't interfere with anything in the Constitution. That must be maintained, for it is the only safeguard of our liberties.”
