Jonathan Serrie's spurious report is a perfect illustration of how Americans are being deceived, by unnamed "election officials and state and federal 'Investigators'" who are protecting current and past deep state officials in the CIA and FBI who do not want the truth about their illegal surveillance and data collection activities known.
The HAMR and SCORECARD is NOT A "HOAX'! It is a highly sophisticated CIA surveillance supercomputer program capable of hacking into elections and transferring large numbers of votes from one candidate to another, undetected by county, state, and federal election officials.
According to highly respected and now retired Four Star LT.General Thomas McInerney, the Obama Administration with the help of CIA Director John Brennan and James Clapper, used HAMR to illegally collect data on American politicians, members of Congress and even members of the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as to steal elections.
McInerney went public about HAMR and SCORECARD in a radio interview on March 19, 2017,saying this scandal was far worse than WATERGATE; that everything about the Russians stealing the election was a deception, a coverup launched in order to conceal their illegal use of the HAMR and SCORECARD.
To stay on point: The HAMR and SCORECARD are neither a 'rumor' or 'hoax', nor a 'fictitious scheme.'
It is a CIA developed program the Obama Administration commandeered in February of 2009 to illegally surveil (spy) on their political enemies, and STEAL elections. When patriotic Americans turned out 11 million more votes in 2020 than in 2016 to re-elect Donald Trump for a second well deserved term as President of the United States, their fraudulent efforts became too obvious.
