This is an opportunity to talk together about the realities of rural life and how to build bridges across our collective differences.

The Rural Broadband Portal is a tool that systematically sorts Broadband related literature and research for unique interventions and policy suggestions. Through the Rural Broadband Portal, the ACRSC aims to assist policy makers, stakeholders, and their communities to make research driven policy related to broadband development.

On the website, find Broadband related announcements and news, and to access the portal select 'Public Portal'.

 
        

The Canadian Sustainability Plan Inventory (CSPI) provides a means for rural communities, researchers, and development practitioners to access how other communities from across Canada have approached sustainability planning in terms of process, content and areas of concentration.  Over 1200 plans are available.
 
        

The Canadian Rural Revitalization Foundation launched the State of Rural Canada III - Bridging Rural Data Gaps on October 2, 2019 at the Sustainable Communities Conference in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador.  Chapters include: Economy, Demography, and Workforce; Health and Wellbeing; Indigenous Peoples; Environment, Climate, Food, and Agriculture; Culture; and a section with discussion and recommendations.
