The 4 candidates with the highest number of votes – highlighted in green above – have been elected as new members of the MAPS Board Board of Directors.
With regard to the election of the MAPS President, the MAPS President is usually elected by General Assembly per the By Laws. However, Election committee checked with Board members and candidates to see if anyone was interested in running for the position of MAPS President. Only Br. Hyder Ali was willing to accept to serve as President. Hence, Br. Hyder Ali will assume the role of President of the new MAPS BOD without the usual presidential election process.
