SHOW & CONCERT SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

MARCH 13 - 15
Swing! A Musical Dance Spectacular is two thirds rhythm and one third soul. Swing is more than a type of music -- it is a state of mind! Featuring spectacular dancing, a live swing band on stage and chart-topping hits, Swing! explores and celebrates the musical movement that swept the nation. Show times are Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m. at Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center. Visit lincolnparkarts.org for tickets.

MARCH 27 - 28, APRIL 2 -  4
Come and see the Beaver Bobcat Players perform One Man Two Guvnors at the Ed Schaughency Theater in the Beaver Area Middle-High School.  Francis Henshall is a man with an enormous appetite and no meal in sight. But that's just one of his problems as he finds himself in Brighton, England, in 1962. Fired from a skiffle band, embroiled in a fix with small time gangsters, employed simultaneously by two demanding masters, Francis isn't sure if he's coming or going - or going quite bonkers. Add the fact that one of the "guvnors" is a girl disguised as her dead twin brother. Add a highly affected actor who milks every dramatic moment. Add a musical score of 60s songs for multiples of entertaining scenarios. A Broadway hit of 2014, this show is sure to leave everyone hungry for more. Tickets are $10 and can be obtained at The Hostess Shoppe, Third Street, Beaver or online at the Bobcat Players' website.

APRIL 6
Celebrating the continuing career of multiple Grammy Award-winning artist Michael Buble, this three-man group performs Shades of Buble. This world-class act honors - but doesn't imitate - the sophistication and retro style of Buble. Concert is held at the Beaver Falls Middle School Auditorium at 7:30 p.m. Call 724-869-8507 for more information.

APRIL 24 - 26, MAY 1 - 3
Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center presents Rogers and Hammerstein's Carousel. Voted the best musical of the 20th century by Time Magazine, Rodgers and Hammerstein's Carousel is a giant in musical theatre.  This haunting love story about a tragic anti-hero and the wife and child he leaves behind features some of the most powerful music ever written for the stage.  This magical and majestic classic embodies both the grey areas of life and the Golden Age of Broadway.  Show times are at 7:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 2 p.m. on Sundays. Visit lincolnparkarts.org for tickets.
