The Board of Directors recently concluded their review of the proposed Association 2022 fiscal year budget that begins January 1, 2022.
As a result of that review, the Board determined it necessary to increase monthly assessments by $2.00 to $202.00 per month.
Your January 2022 billing statement sent to you by TPMS will reflect this new amount.
