Message from the CEO
Hello Team Knight Federal!

I hope everyone had a good year so far, and that you and your families have stayed healthy during the pandemic. It was nice to resume traveling to see everyone as we all get accustomed to the new normal.

2021 has been an exciting year for Knight Federal as we have continued to grow, and we have been very busy mobilizing new programs. We were fortunate to win new contracts supporting the Navy in Newport, Rhode Island, and the Department of Education in Washington, D.C. I am proud to say we're listed on the Inc, 5000 for the third year in a row. We also won an award for the Orlando Business Journal's Elite 50 (a combination of being recognized as a Golden 100 and Fast 50 company for growth and excellence). We were recognized by Washington Technology's Fast 50, which is a summarization of the fastest-growing companies in the small business federal contracting market. Rounding out our awards is the recent acknowledgment of HIRE Vets for our best practices in hiring and developing veterans.
Knight Federal Earns Spot on Inc. 5000 List
For the Third Consecutive Year, Knight Federal Joins the Ranks of the Nation's 5,000 Fastest Growing Companies with Revenue Growth of 58%
Inc. magazine's Inc. 5000 list is a compilation of the fastest-growing companies in America. This year, those companies making the list have demonstrated brains, bravery, and optimism amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Each of these companies has its own tale of persistence, perseverance, and pluck. Knight Federal Solutions is no exception.

For the third year in a row, the company has earned a spot on the coveted list with three-year revenue growth of 58 percent; companies that have placed three or more times comprise 41.62 percent of the list. The Inc. 5000 represents a unique look into the American economy's most dynamic segment - independent small businesses. Intuit, Zappos, Under Armor, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.

Knight Federal is Helping Feed Hungry Children
9th Annual Kick Off For Kids Event Raises Funds for Public School
Food Pantries in Orange and Seminole Counties
Knight Federal is proud to be one of the sponsors of the 9th Annual Kick-Off For Kids fundraising event that was held on September 9 at Rock & Brews in Oviedo. The event was a great way to have a fun-filled evening with Knight Federal co-workers while supporting a worthy cause. As a Table Sponsor, Knight Federal helped to raise money to feed children in need at 24 schools in Orange and Seminole counties. Six more schools have approached KOFK to get assistance.

Every donation is critical as 100% of the funding goes back to buy food for the school food pantries. Many times, these children don't know where their next meal may come from and KOFK plays a vital role. This year's event raised $73,135 which far exceeded the goal set of $35K! For more information on how to help, visit the KOFK website!
On the Road to Wellness - Team Knight Federal Gears Up with Cancer and Heart Awareness Events
Motivating Together by Exceeding August Fitness Goals to Get Healthy
Knight Federal participated as a corporate team in the annual Heart Walk to benefit the American Heart Association (AHA). For the fourth year, our employees joined with their family and friends, to walk on Saturday, November 13 at the University of Central Florida,

Knight Federal was proud to participate because we know that when we walk we make a difference from day one. The money we raised funds lifesaving science. Science that can create an artificial heart valve, prevent a stroke, put scientific advances into doctors' hands, correct heart defects in newborn babies, and someday, find a cure for high blood pressure. Science that teaches us all how to live longer and healthier.

We set a goal of $2,500 and knocked it out of the park with $3,113.66! As an added incentive, Knight Federal agreed to match employee donations - further strengthening the financial impact of this support!

We walked (and raised funds) to make difference in people's lives including our own! This aligns with our core value, SERVE, which concentrates on our corporate responsibility to positively impact our local communities. THANKS TO ALL THAT PARTICIPATED!
