Important News - BillMax 2022 Q1

Our latest release is available in our Customer Portal. Read more information about the new portal. Here are some highlights for the Staff Portal in this release:

Support for the FCC 477 Census 2020 data - required by the FCC for the March 1 submission
Printed Overdue Notices
Notification Banners on Accounts for POPs or Access Points having issues
Email Notifications can be sent from BillMax to the customers on a chosen POP or Access Point.
Integration for Market Broadband's Radius Mailing Program
One time payments can be made without saving the payment method in both the Staff and Customer Portal (It is dependent on the processor).
Repairs have been made for reported issues.

Here are some highlights for the Customer Portal:

Credit Card Authorization can be captured
Shopping cart has the option to show services by Virtual Company
Customer Portal can support Social Logins
Customer Portal can show data usage by calendar month
