Times and Locations
Registration Desk
The registration desk will be located in the hotel lobby. Make sure to check in upon your arrival to pick up your name tag and conference bag.

Vendor Room
Located in the Columbia Club Library on the Mezzanine.

Friday, 1:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Sunday, 8:30 a.m. - noon

Book Signings
Signings will be held on the Columbia Club Mezzanine outside the elevators. Due to the tight schedule, please limit yourself to no more than three books signed at each session. 

Coffee Bar
Located on the Mezzanine by the vendor room. 
 Guests may help themselves to a cup of coffee courtesy of Mystery Writers of America.

Sunday, 8 a.m. - noon

Water Stations
Water stations will be available during panel hours on floors 2, 4, and 10.

Dining Information
The following meals are provided, depending on the registration option you selected: 

Friday Reception, 6:30 p.m.
Saturday Luncheon, 12 noon
Saturday Banquet Dinner, 7 p.m.
Sunday Closing Lunch, 12 noon

For other meals, the hotel has the following options available: 
  • Friday Lunch - French Room, 3rd Floor
  • Friday Dinner - Harrison Room, 1st Floor
    • Fine dining with dress code 5 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
  • Saturday Breakfast - French Room, 3rd Floor
    • Breakfast Buffet 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.
    • $12.95 plus tax and gratuity
  • Sunday Breakfast - French Room, 3rd Floor
    • Breakfast Buffet 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.
    • $12.95 plus tax and gratuity

Valet parking at the Columbia Club is $40 per night.

Late Check Out on Sunday
For those staying at the Columbia Club this year, check-out has been extended to 2 p.m. to accommodate those attending the closing luncheon.

Dress Code
Although the Columbia Club has a dress code, it has been relaxed for our event (with the exception of dining in the Harrison Room). Guests often dress casually during the festival, even sporting their Magna t-shirts (available for sale in the Vendor Room), while some guests prefer to dress more formally for the Saturday banquet dinner. Please, no baseball caps.

Hotel Reservations for 2020
Don't forget to make your hotel reservations at the Columbia Club for Magna XXVI before you leave. The festival is October 23-25, 2020, and the cost is $120 per night. Rooms do fill up quickly.
