We hope our American friends   had a happy fourth of July and were able to join with friends and family to celebrate the United States of America and its values of freedom, independence and opportunity—values shared by Israel that have inspired people around the world.

The third annual “Inspired by Israel” video contest registration closed June 24 with 240 registrants! You will all have a chance to vote on your favorite videos between August 6 and August 13. A total of $20,000 in cash prizes will be awarded to 18 videos.

We are also pleased to share a op-ed written by Gila and Adam reflecting on their recent trip to Europe, which included visiting Holocaust memorials. They explain why ‘Never Again’ are not just words, but a call to action for all of us.

Also, don't miss out on watching the famous Eagles Over Auschwitz video, which shows the historic flyover of Auschwitz-Birkenau by three Israeli F-15's in 2003.

Lastly, we're proud to feature our partner The Endowment for Middle East Truth (EMET), a Washington, D.C.-based think tank and policy center with an unabashedly pro-America and pro-Israel stance. EMET (which means truth in Hebrew) prides itself on challenging the falsehoods and misrepresentations that abound in U.S. Middle East policy.

We thank you for all that you do to advance our shared mission. We and look forward to partnering with you in the months ahead, as we work together to strengthen the State of Israel and the Jewish people.

With sincere love and admiration for Israel and the Jewish people,

Gila and Adam Milstein
Those who do not learn history are doomed to repeat it.
Far too many people — including some within the Jewish community — don’t believe that the antisemitism that existed in Nazi Germany might happen again, especially in America.

Remembering the Holocaust is not enough. We must turn the tragedies of the past into lessons for the future. It’s in our hands to ensure that Never Again really means Never Again. Nothing less than the continuation of the Jewish people is at stake.

Reflecting on our trip to Europe
This month, we were honored to join the 2018 AIPAC Minyan Mission to Europe, which took us to the Czech Republic, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Germany with 100 other leading American philanthropists and scholars.

During the trip, we tried to wrap our heads around the scope of the genocide carried out by Nazi Germany and its European collaborators.

We met with leadership from the European Jewish community and spoke with some of Europe’s most prominent governmental leaders - many of the latter tried to explain why, under their protection, the Holocaust would never happen again, and expressed strong support of and willingness to protect their Jewish communities.

Tens of thousands of Jews were shot point blank during the Holocaust. This forest was one of two of the largest known massacres in Eastern Europe until Nazis built the death camps. This was the only Jewish Holocaust memorial in the former Soviet Union.

A strong israel means Never Again is a real promise. Six million Jews were murdered in the Holocaust and then, within just a few years, a Jewish State was reborn in the land of Israel. Watch this powerful video about the rebirth of Jewish independence.
