Practice of the Week: Transformation  Life flows onward, creating and expanding anew -- and so does death. Death flows onward, cleansing, clearing, recycling, providing the raw materials for life processes. Death cannot exist without life, nor life without death. They are so intimately intertwined that they are really best considered as one process. This one life-and-death process is one of continual transformation. READ MORE

Upcoming Worship Services

Sun Sep 1, 10:00am, Fellowship Hall
"The Importance of Sabbath"
Carrie McEvoy
Labor Day is a holiday when we honor those who fought for workers' rights - among them the right to time off from work. In this service we'll explore how sometimes the best way to get work done is to stop working - to take time to rest, reflect, regroup, and recharge. Carrie McEvoy is a member of The Unitarian Church in Westport, and a student in the Master of Divinity program at Meadville Lombard Theological School.

We work hard while having fun! Come to any rehearsal to sing or observe, or attend our Choir Open House on Sun Oct 13 following service. Contact Lisa Meyer ([email protected], 347-278-3187).
Gather Water
