MANAGING YOUR GRIEF
Don't compare yourself to what you think your grief should be.
Never compare your grief or anyone's grief to anything else.

Use anything helpful to you in coping with your grief.

Go ahead and talk about your loved one as much as you want. Your relationship didn't end when your loved one died; it continues and should still be a part of your life. It's okay.

Take care of your basic needs first. Sleep eat and rest as much as you can,
although a good shower and a short walk can help tremendously.

Be kind to yourself.

Fear Will One Day Fear Me
