process, including the self-study report, site visit, and maintaining accreditation.

These accreditation workshops serve as an invaluable resource for new program directors, lead instructors, and deans as well as the seasoned program directors.

Your site visitors inquire how you document progression of student learning. What are they asking for and how can you demonstrate that your program is not just focused on checking the boxes, but on communication among faculty, including the Medical Director, and monitoring student progression in attaining competencies in the cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains? This process also includes how you track/document when regression occurs or progress stalls, for example in the capstone field internship. Is a final terminal competency form adequate to document assessment of progression? Depending on variables in program structure, staffing, and other factors, the answer may be no. A checklist at the end of the program may not reflect adequate assessment and documentation as the student progresses through the course of study.
