Arizona Department of Education has been submitting questions regularly to USDA in an effort to clarify programmatic guidance related to COVID-19 not yet released in formal memorandums. Below is the most recent response from USDA:

Q: Can enrolled students pick up a meal at any site within their School Food Authority (district)?

A: If a school district can maintain integrity and properly count and claim meals in this situation, then a school can provide meals to an enrolled student or parent at any district site. The meals would then be counted and claimed at the site in which the child is enrolled (not at the site the meals were served).
