 Hello Facilitator Friends!
Today is an Intentionally FULL day of Virtual Program Delivery for me.
First, at 9:00am I'm delivering a 'Tips for Successful Virtual Facilitation' workshop for University Student Leaders. I will focus on six main points and will walk them through a variety of virtual team activities. They wanted a strong focus on inclusion and brain-based learning as well, so I'll add some good research pieces to support what we do.
The second presentation is a Webcast with the Association for Talent Development (ATD) that I'm doing through my other company, Personify Leadership. I'm co-presenting with Angela Sebaly on Resiliency in the Face of a Pandemic. We're walking through an experiential module we created on Emotional Resiliency. If you read this newsletter early enough there may still be time to register. It's today from 2:00-3:00pm EDT. You can register at this link. And to end the work day with a little fun, I'm facilitating a Virtual Scavenger Hunt for a corporate client in lieu of their Company Picnic. This client mailed out a fully-stocked Picnic Basket to each of their team members so they could still have a meal together even if they were doing it remotely. My team built out an incredible custom-designed Company Picnic themed hunt, and I can't wait to 'play' with this group!
At the end of this day... I. Will. Be. Tired. But man, I am grateful for the opportunity to continue doing meaningful, experiential work in the virtual space.

 Personal news! Congrats to my son Dawson for finally getting to participate in his high school graduation ceremony. In one week's time, he graduated high school, took out his first car loan and bought a new-to-him car, and started college. So proud of this kid and can't wait to see what he does in this world. My heart is FULL! |
