Downtown Lot Available for Development

New Apartment Development "Icaria on Pinellas" Undergoing Construction
Icaria on Pinellas is the new name of the apartment development under construction adjacent to the Pinellas Trail at Meres Blvd. and Alt. 19.  The development will feature 236 one-, two-, and three-bedroom market rate apartments, with amenities including clubhouse, pool, high-quality landscaping, and interior finishes.  Read a recent news story on the development.
Celebrate Local Businesses: Unrefined Brewing and Lockhart's Seafood
Downtown and the Sponge Docks are celebrating the recent  opening of new businesses.
  H'ours Creole Smokehouse, 310 E.Tarpon Ave., is elevating the Downtown dining scene with gourmet creole cuisine.
Lockhart's Seafood , 589 Island Dr., offers fresh caught seafood, including blue crab, oysters, and grouper.

Downtown, Unrefined Brewing, 3 12 E. Tarpon Ave., is  a new addition to the craft beer scene.  Be sure to stop in these new establishments and support local business.
