Wynn Tec, Inc.
Through a joint effort with Tim Keohane at the Lock Haven Small Business Development Center, the SEDA-COG Business Finance Program on behalf of the County of Clinton was able to assist Brian D. Wynn of Wynn Tec, Inc. with two $350,000 Clinton County Revolving Loan Fund loans for the refinance of real estate and equipment for his business.
Wynn Tec, Inc. was started by Brian Wynn in 2006 as a sole proprietorship: Brian Wynn DBA Wynn Tec Consulting and was incorporated as Wynn Tec, Inc. in 2015. The operation, located in Loganton, PA, specializes in rebuilding, modifying, and repairing heavy equipment and services equipment manufactured by Roadtec and Iron Power House Equipment. Besides construction vehicles, Wynn Tec also performs work on recycling equipment. Such equipment includes compactors, balers, shredders, and sheers.
This project allowed Mr. Wynn to bring back four employees that he had to lay-off prior to the refinancing with Jersey Shore State Bank, who partnered in the financing with the County of Clinton.
With a deep desire to continue business in Clinton County, the loans from the County of Clinton in conjunction with the funds from Jersey Shore State Bank's Bellefonte branch, Brian Wynn is currently achieving his dreams.
In working with SEDA-COG, Glenn Fisher, Commercial Loan Officer III at Jersey Shore State Bank said "The process was very professional and timely for the Borrower and Bank. The funds provided by SEDA-COG (Clinton County EDA RLF loans) made a good project better with the terms and conditions you provided."
