AZA United Awarded Two Seals for Best Practices
 
Arizona Autism United is pleased to share that we have been awarded two seals of best practices for charitable organizations nationally. 

AZA United received the 2019 Gold Seal of Transparency from GuideStar.org, the world's largest source of information on nonprofit organizations.  Visit our  GuideStar profile  online to learn more about AZA United.

Welcoming the Newest Members to our Board of Directors


Arizona Autism United is elated to introduce three new additions to our Board of Directors
Melissa Hulke is employed by CVS Health as the Director of Enterprise Market Strategy. She has expertise in finance, compliance and health care reimbursement. 
Kenneth Michael Webdale Jr. is  the President of R-C Healthcare Management . He is a CPA with health care and medical reimbursement experience. 
Jamey Zurawski is the aunt of a child on the autism spectrum. She is the owner of Design Works Gaming, a sponsor of AZA United. Design Works Gaming is the Elite Sponsor for AZA United's 2018 and 2019 Caring Hearts Luncheons.
Each new board member has a close friend with one or multiple children on the autism spectrum. They have seen firsthand the importance of supports and services given to families affected by autism.  
We thank all of our board members for their support and leadership!
AutismChoseMe Gives Back
 

Gillis "GW" Williams is a young adult on the spectrum. GW is an entrepreneur and launched his own company,  AutismChoseMe , which allows him the opportunity to provide motivational and public speaking engagements to spread awareness about autism.  AutismChoseMe  has wristbands available for purchase and GW has graciously offered to donate a portion of the proceeds to AZA United.  Wristbands can be purchased for $3 each at our main office or at the link below .

The office of AZA United will be closed on Monday, September 2, 2019 in observance of Labor Day. 



Upcoming Events

Join us on Saturday, September 7th for our next Sibshops event! The event will take place from 10am to noon at the offices of AZA United. Sibshops are intended for sibs 7-14 years old. Registration is required.
