During this first semester, managers were a huge help in ensuring a smooth and safe return to in-person work at Central Office sites. Thank you for continuing to support your team members in maintaining a safe and healthy environment by following the DPS 5 and receiving boosters when eligible.
As Superintendent Dr. Marrero shared last week, our schools continue to face severe staffing shortages. Please encourage your teams to consider helping out at schools. Even if it's just a few hours, schools can use any extra help during lunchroom and recess duty. Team members can sign up by filling out this survey.
We hope you and all of our team members enjoy this well-deserved break and look forward to seeing you in the new year!

The window for Classified staff mid-year conversations is Dec. 1-Feb. 28. These conversations are a great opportunity to reflect on progress, strengths and areas to improve. As you prepare, refer to the Classified Mid-Year Best Practices Guide for tips, or review the mid-year conversation screencast or slide deck.
