After a year of the COVID-19 crisis, we’ve seen the toll on the health and well-being of our communities. The selfless acts of our heroes – from healthcare workers fighting the virus on the frontlines, essential workers at local groceries stores, to lineworkers who continue to keep the lights on – their work has never been more vital.

April 18 is National Lineworker Appreciation Day, a time to honor the men and women who dedicate themselves to the often hazardous work of keeping the power flowing. Their work helped keep communities and customers safe and functioning during the pandemic even after spring storms, hurricanes and ice storms battered our communities. Join us in recognizing the outstanding heroes who have kept the lights on and continue to work day and night in serving our local communities.
