So far we have had perfect summer weather and, if you like the heat, this week is supposed to be even hotter!
Our first week of the camp season has gone pretty smooth, with just a few bumps here and there. Our socially distant activities are going well and it is good to see people on the campgrounds!
That said, we do have a couple of items we need to address.
The camp speed limit has been moved from 15km to 10/km. We need
everyone to slow down and be mindful of children, bikes, and golf carts. We have had a few close calls and we do not want anyone getting hurt!
If you or your children are driving bikes or golf carts at night, they must have a light. It is too dangerous to be driving without a light at night.
You will also notice more speed bumps being added.
PLEASE do not drive around them. They are helping to slow things down.
If you are renting OR lending your cottage or trailer this summer you MUST fill out the form below. Please don't let your overnight guests to be stuck at the front gate, without informing the office of their arrival.
Thank you for your patience and support as we continue to create a safe environment for our staff, leaseholders and guests.
Please remember that Ontario remains in a State of Emergency and that under the
"Framework for Reopening our Province - Stage 2" private campgrounds may open for camping, but;
"Campers
must adhere to social gathering size restrictions and maintain two-metre physical distancing with people outside their household and when outside of their campsites."
Looking forward to seeing you a camp!
