It's been a really long time since we've seen each other's faces in person. And since we are going to forgo meeting inside for our regular Sunday gatherings this Summer, we've planned some OUTDOOR gatherings every couple weeks. This week we thought it would be nice just to catchup in person for a SOCIALLY-DISTANCED PICNIC.
Everything is BYO (Bring Your Own). Bring your own:
- camping chairs
- food to eat
- drinks
- pop-up canopy (if you have one)
- face-masks
- and fantastic personality!
We'll gather out on the lawn next to Grace Hall (where we usually meet) and say "hello" (at the proper distance of course), eat and enjoy being in the (relatively) close proximity of other humans for a while.
We will have access to bathrooms in the building we usually meet in for our worship gatherings if you need them.
The ONLINE GATHERING LIVE on FACEBOOK will still be available like it is every week. Our picnic will sort of be an "after party". If you feel comfortable, we hope to see you there!
