Generational Trauma: 
An Emerging Science to Facilitate Deeper Healing

Current epigenetic research reveals that generational trauma impacts your health and mine. We now know the personal/physical trauma of our ancestors alters the way genes are expressed and those alterations can be inherited on a cellular level. The evidence is profound and overwhelming.  Dr. Kumar suggests physicians should expand patient interviews to include histories of generational trauma as a key to better heal the suffering of their patients.
