Students will begin classes on September 2nd with the majority of pk-5 grade participating in a parent choice onsight or remote learning model and 6-12 grade students attending in a hybrid or remote learning model. This vote also allows for all school activities to continue according to KSHSAA guidelines. Additionally, the board voted to adopt the gating criteria as presented and will begin the implementation of that criteria starting on Wednesday, September 23. They also voted to establish a COVID-19 Advisory Committee, this advisory group will provide guidance to the superintendent regarding decisions to move or shift between more and less restricted environments.  This group will meet on a regular basis to keep apprised of the data trends relating to COVID-19 in our school and community.
