Upcoming Road Closures

Hi everyone, We hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday with your friends and family!

This Sunday December 5th is

Christmas in the Village.

Please join us for this festive event in the

Beautiful Fair Oaks Village!

Also on Sunday December 5th is the

California International Marathon

Roads will be closed so we won't have classes Sunday December 8th at 8:30 or 10:30. Please join us for Yin at 4:30pm-Come get your yoga on!

Christmas is almost here and the festivities are starting! As life gets busier we need to take some time for yourself - yoga is the best way to

de-stress and recharge during this busy time.

Mind Body Clasess and Reservations

Winter Cleanup

It's time again for our winter cleanup. Please take your Mats home for cleaning and check the lost and found for anything you may have left at the studio.

We will be taking all unclaimed items to Salvation army on December 17th.

You can bring your mats back starting December 11th. Please be sure to clean them often and please never leave your towels at the studio.

Thank you for helping keep our studio clean and fresh!
