One Week until Our Next MSHP Town Hall – Will We See You There?
We will share the latest health system, clinical, and financial updates, including vaccine developments, the latest on testing and treatments, and more. We are also pleased to welcome a special guest speaker, Dr. Sean Liu, a hospitalist at the Mount Sinai Hospital and assistant professor of infectious disease at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, who has been quoted in the Washington Post for his work on convalescent plasma. Dr. Liu will share insight on the second wave/influenza season, as well as considerations for providers and patients on forthcoming COVID-19 vaccines. We encourage you to submit questions when registering and we will save time for Q&A discussion.

HealthPlus Medicaid Value-Based Agreement Participation
MSHP entered into a Value Based Agreement with HealthPlus for their Medicaid population effective 1/1/2020. As you recall, there are no Care Coordination Payments issued for any Medicaid Value-Based Agreement and participation was through an Opt-In campaign. As 2021 approaches, if any Provider is interested in participating in the Value-Based Agreement for the upcoming performance year, please outreach to your engagement manager and opt in. Please also remember that this does not ensure participation with HealthPlus and that MSHP has no rates for HealthPlus.
