Promote Quick Summer Dining
We all love quick dinners in the summer. How about cross merchandising Mansfield Tres Amigos cheese , local peppers in all colors, delicate summer greens, tortillas from All Souls Tortilleria or from the Vermont Tortilla Company . Both tortillas sell well throughout the state and customers love the rich flavor. A bonus, they have ties to the land, both sourcing VT organic corn.

VT Tortilla Company's has a vibrant Insta following. You can promote their recipes in your store displays and gain sales and build customer enthusiasm for fresh local foods.
Willey's in Greensboro is helping customers identify staff with some fun staff pins. Do your own branding from aprons for your cafe to staff pins with crafted messages that will help promote products and store services. These were made at Zazzle, an online platform.

A Seminar to Drives Sales: Regenerative Retail
By now you likely know about the 2-day training September 11 & 12th in Norwich VT. We are bringing together a great group of retail support services to help you craft a stronger and more profitable operation.

It's a rare opportunity to have nationally respected consultants help you better understand the changing retail landscape and improve your store. Keeping pace with trends and consumer demand is part of running a store or a department and we cover that in the seminar.

Space is very limited for this event. Find all the details and registration here . If you want to attend and are concerned about covering costs, we have scholarships available on a limited basis. So get in touch me. We want you in the room!
Farmstands and seasonal farm stores play a role in promoting VT products beyond vegetables and fruits. They can often help guide locals and tourists to experience the joy of abundant, local products.

Often these farms sell direct to stores, offering grocers fresh products and tie-ins to the local community. Cedar Circle Farm in Thetford has a bustling farm & educational center that sells their own products along with small-batch producers highlighting a range of products to fit their customers' needs. We are happy they are a sponsor of the upcoming seminar
