CMHA ALBERTA DIVISION AWARDS

Don't miss your chance to nominate a mental health leader in your community. CMHA Alberta is pleased to announce the 2019 award nominations are now open. Nominators can nominate an individual or group for one of six awards, including the Nadine Stirling Memorial Award, the Bettie Hewes Memorial Award for Outstanding Volunteer Service, Communications Award, Professional Care Award, Special Service Award, and Workplace Wellness Award. Nominations are being accepted until Aug. 30.

THE ANNUAL EDMONTON FRINGE THEATRE FESTIVAL

Volunteer/Work Opportunities for Seniors
VOLUNTEER MODELS NEEDED

The City of Edmonton Accessibility Advisory Committee is conducting a photo shoot to better represent the wide spectrum of people with disabilities in Edmonton. Representation and diversity are important things to talk about and for the City to strive for.

The Committee will be providing an honouriarum of $100 in reimbursement per participant in exchange for signing a model release form. The photo shoot will take up to a half day and will take place at multiple venues that are within close proximity of each other. Photos captured during these sessions will be used in future brochures, pamphlets and other promotional materials.
