The following items were presented to the Board:
Finance Report -
As of September,2019 the Board learned the system is at 26.19  percent for the budget year. The Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax revenues for September 2019 were up 1.58 percent from 2018 collections and down 4.64 percent from last month. A financial statement, investment reports, and bond summaries were also shared, as well as a detailed capital projects analysis. 
Redistricting Draft Map -
Joey Pirkle, Deputy Superintendent, presented the draft of the redistricting map to populate future school Pooles Mill and relieve overcrowding in surrounding schools.  This will be available on the website for public comment.
Draft School Calendar 2021-2022 -
Joey Pirkle presented the draft School Calendar for 2021-2022.  This will be on the website and open for comments from the public.

Naming the Performance Arts Center -
Dr. Bearden recommended approval for naming the Performance Arts Center The Forsyth County Arts and Learning Center or The FOCAL Center.  This was approved by unanimous vote.
