4 rounds each circuit – 30 seconds of work for each exercise // 15 seconds of rest in-between each exercise and round

Circuit 1:
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Speed Skaters
  • Squat Jacks
  • Up, Up, Back, Back

Circuit 2:
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Bear Crawls (3 right, 3 left)
  • Push-Up Sholder Taps
  • Jump Squats
