2019 Board of Directors Election Information
Important deadline approaching- Board Application Forms Due by August 1, 2019

Sea Pines possesses many individuals with talent and impressive backgrounds and we are looking for those who are interested in serving the community.

The following positions are available commencing on January 1st, 2020 to serve on the CSA and ASPPPO Boards.

  • Three "Class A" Residential Directors - Community Services Associates (CSA) Board

  • Three Directors - Association of Sea Pines Plantation Property Owners (ASPPPO) Board

Board Application Forms 
Interested applicants should complete a Board Application Form and return it to 175 Greenwood Drive, HHI, SC 29928 or email the completed form to J oan Berger, CSA Document Administrator at joan@csaseapines.com . Please return any board application forms by  August 1, 2019 .

Nomination By Petition
In addition to those nominated by the Nominating Committees of CSA and ASPPPO, persons may be nominated by petition.
The following requirements of the petition process are:
  1. For CSA- Petition to be signed by 50 valid residential property owners in good standing. For ASPPPO- Petition to be signed by 50 valid ASPPPO Members in good standing.
  2. The candidate has to be willing and able to serve.
  3. Both CSA and ASPPPO By-laws require the petition to reach said Nominating Committee by October 1st, 2019.

Please return completed Nomination By Petition forms to 175 Greenwood Drive, HHI, SC 29928 or email the completed form to Joan Berger, CSA Document Administrator at joan@csaseapines.com by  October 1, 2019 .

Copies of application forms and nomination by petition forms are available at the CSA administration office located at 175 Greenwood Drive, Monday- Friday 7:30 am-4:30 pm. For additional information, please contact CSA at (843) 671-1343.

Make Your Vote Count
The ASPPPO and CSA Class "A" Board of Director Election ballots will be mailed out  November 1, 2019  and voting will close on  December 1, 2019 . Please participate in this year’s Board of Director's election and make your vote count!
Architectural Review Board Open Positions For 2020
The Sea Pines Architectural Review Board has three Board openings beginning January 1, 2020! 

  • (1) full position Architectural Review Board Members
  • Appointed by the CSA Board of Directors 
  • Serve a 3 year term. 

  • (1) alternate ARB Position Board Member
  • Appointed by the CSA/ASPPPO Board of Directors
  • Serves a 1 year term 

The Sea Pines ARB meets every Tuesday at 1:00 PM and interested candidates should submit a completed application form to: Joan Berger, 175 Greenwood Drive or email to  joan@csaseapines.com  by  August 1st, 2019

Maintenance Updates
Beach Boardwalk Repairs Underway

  • Work is underway to repair eleven (11) boardwalks owned by CSA, that sustained storm-damage from Hurricane Matthew.
  • Boardwalks #22, #23, #24, #29 and #33A are completed and open for use.
  • Our contractor will begin making repairs to boardwalk #32 beginning week of July 15th. It should take 1-2 weeks to complete (weather permitting), and will be closed during construction.
  • Property owners can use #33A or #31 for beach access while work is taking place.
  • Hours of work will be from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
