A New Report from Eagleton's Center for American Women and Politics
Eagleton's Center for American Women and Politics (CAWP) released a new report about the historic gains and persistent hurdles for women candidates in the 2018 elections. Unfinished Business: Women Running in 2018 and Beyond exists as a navigable microsite that includes scholarly analysis, scores of data visualizations, and engaging media. Visit the site to learn more about the women candidates who ran in the 2018 midterm election, why and how women run, barriers to progress, and an analysis of what's ahead in 2020 and beyond.

The Eagleton Science and Politics Fellowship
Seeking Scientists for the Class of 2021
Applications for the Eagleton Science and Politics Fellowship Class of 2021 will open on November 22, 2019. The fellowship offers PhD-level scientists and engineers the opportunity to apply their training and expertise to the development and implementation of relevant state policy. As full-time aides in the executive or legislative branch, Science Fellows bring their advanced technical skills to service in state government.

Those interested in applying to the program are invited to meet the current Eagleton Science Fellows at a panel event co-hosted by the Science Policy and Advocacy at Rutgers graduate student organization on  Thursday, December 5, 2019 at  11:30AM - 2:00PM.  Register by emailing: [email protected] .
ECAG Videos
As part of its work to study the roles, power, and legacies of American governors, the Eagleton Center on the American Governor (ECAG) has built a video archive of former New Jersey governors and their administrations. The archive, a resource for students and scholars across the country, released three new interviews of former Corzine Administration officials speaking about their experiences.

The Hill published an op-ed written by Eagleton director John J. Farmer Jr., titled, "The real constitutional crisis: We forgot what it means to be an American."
