FALL PRACTICE SCHEDULE 
 CLICK HERE for the 2019-2020 school year practice schedule. Please keep in mind that official level decisions will go out by the end of the month. Fall schedule begins 9/4. 
2019-2020 TENTATIVE MEET SCHEDULE 
CLICK HERE for the upcoming tentative meet schedule. Please pay attention to what level will be attending each meet and that competitions may fall on a Friday. Be sure to mark these dates on your calendar. 
JH ANNUAL FEE
The Jam Hops Annual Fee will be $45 + tax and will be run with September tuition on 9/3. Please speak with Stacey if alternative arrangements need to be made. 
GYMNAST OF THE MONTH 
Congratulations to SYDNEY SOSINSKI
for being AUGUST gymnast of the month. Keep up the hard work ladies!
IMPORTANT DATES 
  • 8/15: Bunker Beach all levels. No practice. 
  • 8/19: USAG memberships due (online). 
  • 8/29-9/3: No practice all levels. 
  • 8/29: Valleyfair Platinum and Diamond. 
  • 9/4: Fall practice schedule begins. 
USAG MEMBERSHIPS 
Independent membership registration: Due Monday, August 19th! 
All USA Gymnastics members will register themselves for USA Gymnastics membership. You will receive an email in the near future from USAG using the email we have on file at the gym. Follow the directions in the email and Cassie will receive a confirmation email that you have completed the process.
**IMPORTANT: This is required for your gymnast to be able to compete. If the registration/payment is not taken care of by 8/19, your child will not be registered for meets. 
ARIZONA GRAND

Jam Hops Xcel will be attending the Arizona Grand  in Phoenix, Arizona January 24th-26th. This is an optional meet open to athletes in Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond. Registration fee will be $125 + team fee. The coaching fee may range from $150-$250. The more gymnasts that sign up, the lower the coaching fee will be. This is a great opportunity for the girls to experience competition from around the country as well as bond as a team and create lasting memories.  CLICK HERE to sign up! Deadline to sign-up is Saturday, August 31st.

COMPETITION LEO SIZING 
Please have your athlete bring in their competition leotard the week of August 5th to make sure it still fits. All new Xcel athletes will be sized for their competition leotards during the week of August 5th during practice. 
UPCOMING TEAM OUTINGS 
BUNKER BEACH

All Xcel levels (B2-D) will be going to Bunker Beach Thursday, August 15th. There will be no regular scheduled practice. Drop off at Bunker at 10:45am and pick-up at 3:00pm. Please be sure to send your child with enough money for admission/food. Bunker Beach pricing and more info can be found HERE! Please SIGN UP HERE no later than Wednesday, August 14th if your child plans on attending. 

VALLEYFAIR 

Platinum and Diamond gymnasts (based on practice groups for summer) will be going to Valleyfair Thursday, August 29th. Gymnasts are responsible for admission as well as any spending money for food, etc.  CLICK HERE for ticket pricing. We will leave the gym at 10:00am and return to the gym at 7:00pm. Coaches will take care of transportation. If we are in need of another driver, Cassie will send out an email.  SIGN UP HERE no later than Monday, August 26th if your child plans on attending.
