Welcome to the Chamber Team Linda
We are excited to welcome Linda Forrest to our Chamber Team as our new Membership Investment Representative! As a native Floridian originally from Lakeland, she moved to Sarasota County in 2001. Linda became known around Sarasota during her twelve-year tenure with the Herald-Tribune. After graduating from State College of Florida where she studied English, she wrote and published a memoir, 'She Ain't My Sister.' The book's focus is on child abuse, which is why Linda has served as both a 'BIG' with the Big Brother, Big Sister program and has volunteered with the Child Protection Center. Linda is an avid beach lover and even named her puppy 'SummerBreeze.' She is fortunate to have two daughters who live nearby and anticipates the arrival of her third grandchild.
Do you know someone who is interested in joining the Chamber? If so, contact Linda Forrest today!
