This week is all about convention and I sit down with Samantha Cotten, Texas' Regional Communications Director for Trump Victory, to talk about how you can get involved in all the action this next week. The Republican National Committee has planned an exciting convention - under extraordinary conditions!- and there are ways for you to participate from Texas. Make sure you know where you can watch!
The theme, Honoring the Great American Story, will highlight the greatness and opportunity of America.
- Monday will focus on “the Land of Promise.”
- Tuesday will focus on “the Land of Opportunity.” First Lady Melania Trump will deliver remarks from the Rose Garden.
- Wednesday will focus on “the Land of Heroes.” Vice President Pence will deliver remarks from Fort McHenry National Monument.
- Thursday will focus on “the Land of Greatness.” President Trump will deliver remarks from the White House.

All the enthusiasm next week is going to serve as a kick off to the sprint to the finish. RNC Convention Kicks Off On Monday
Next week’s RNC convention will have a much different vision with a positive portrayal of America. It will be less grim, less attacking, and offer more of the greatness of our wonderful country. Our convention will be a celebration of the stories of everyday Americans who have been empowered thanks to the policies of President Trump.
What You Need To Know:

- Throughout the four days of coverage, voters will be reminded the best is yet to come for every American under a second term of President Trump.
- While the DNC focuses on division and negativity, the RNC will honor what makes our country great and celebrate four more years of historic progress under President Trump.
- This week’s DNC proved the Democrat Party is controlled by the radical-left and their agenda would signal a massive $4 trillion tax hike on working Americans.
- The enthusiasm undoubtedly remains on the side of President Trump and Republicans.
- This week, the RNC announced record July fundraising fueled by grassroots support.
- In July, the committee brought in more than $55 million and currently has $109.9 million cash on hand.
- This record breaking fundraising is supporting our data-driven ground game operation.
- This infrastructure simply cannot be replicated overnight.
Bottom line:
- The RNC will be a celebration of our country and real people, not Hollywood elites.
- This November, voters will have a clear choice: continue our Great American Comeback or go down the Democrats’ road of radical left policies that will bankrupt our country.

Radical Ideas On Display At The DNC
The Democrat National Convention took place this week. Hollywood celebrities started every night explaining how we “should” view America. The DNC made it crystal clear the radical left-wing is in control of Joe Biden and the Democrat Party. On full display at the DNC was the radical tax and bankrupt agenda of Joe Biden, Kamala Harris (deemed the most liberal Senator by GovTrack), AOC, and Bernie Sanders. Joe Biden emerged from his basement to accept his party’s nomination and formally became a pawn of the radical left. It’s important to remember Joe Biden has been in Washington for nearly 50 years and has failed to get the job done for the American people.
