DECEMBER HIGHLIGHTS

Welcome our new Network Coordinator, Mariana Raschke!

Mariana has called Sonoma County her home for most of her life. She has experience working in local, community-driven nonprofits and has been a part of projects aiming to advance practices in trauma-informed care. Mariana is bicultural and bilingual, and she will be supporting Sonoma Connect | Sonoma Unidos' Action Teams and helping with communication and multimedia! She looks forward to working closely with our community!

This month, the Sonoma Connect | Sonoma Unidos Action Teams will be working on the agenda items below:

ACE Screening Clinical Implementation Action Team

Tuesday, 12/7 8:30-9:30am

Gain insights into the latest updates from ACEs Aware and new resources for screening. In the December meeting, SCOE will be giving a presentation on how they are incorporating resource referrals and trauma-informed care.

Neighborhood Resource Centers Action Team

Wednesday, 12/8 3:00-4:00pm

Weigh in on workproduct this team should focus on for the year ahead. An overview of Cal-AIM and how Community Health Workers may be able to leverage this in the near future.

Resource Connection Network Action Team

Monday, 12/20 1:00-2:30pm

The team is developing a request for proposals (RFP) for the resource and referral technology platform. Join in the discussion to provide your feedback.

Community Accountability Action Team

Thursday, 12/16 1:30-3:00pm

The team will discuss building and maintaining relationships for community engagement along with increasing capacity for leadership within the Network. There will also be an opportunity to weigh in on the RFP for the R&R platform.
