We don't need to be in a church to worship. Whether you do it outside, in your living room or place of your choice, it is still worship.

For the Sunday Service, if you click on the image above you will be directed to the Youtube page where the worship service is located. The new one is usually uploaded on Saturday so check back and see. I will not be sending additional e-Skinnys out because you can use that link.
You can also listen to the podcast by clicking on the podcast image at the bottom of the page or.....

As always, you can listen on KCHA Sunday morning at 9 a.m.

The weekly Taking Faith Home is here.

You can access the Bulletin by clicking on the St. John logo at the top of this page and it will take you to the church website where you will see it when it is available.

I realize I have been sending you all over the place with links. Try the links and consider it a fun treasure hunt.

Kans for Kids:
Stewardship wants to thank everyone who contributed in making our Kans for Kids Kickoff a success! We had 15-20 vehicles stop with their cans and we had one call where we went to the home and picked up the cans. The weather held until it came time to load Sandie’s horse trailer. We got drenched! Thank you to John Selvig and Gary Quade for their help. On Wednesday, June 24, Sandie and Gary picked up more cans from the kennel and took all the cans collected to BS Recycling in Nashua. The horse trailer was full! BS is a mother/daughter business (Bobbie and Stacy). Several suggestions as to where this money will go were for Preschool projects, Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, paying for kids to eat at Wednesday Night Suppers, Bible Camp and Mission Trips. The can “kennel” will be up all year so everyone is encouraged to place their cans and plastic bottles in plastic bags and tie them before throwing over the fence.

St John has been working on our re-opening plan.
We are in phase 1. The official plan is here. in it's entirety.

The July, August & September “Christ in Our Home” devotionals will be in the outdoor mailbox in the afternoons!

Though the St. John building is closed to the public, you can call the office with any questions or concerns. When staff is there your call will be answered, otherwise leave a voicemail for Kathy. You can also reach her by emailing khoeft@stjohncharlescity.com.
